It’s official, January 18th, 2005 marks the day the world will formally be introduced to the man marked to resurrect the west coast…The Game. The Documentary will be released as a limited collectors edition which will include a controversial DVD.

Game has been making noise over the past year with mixtape appearances, a shoe deal with Reebok, guest spots, commercials, and has even graced the cover of Vibe before releasing an album. Now the album is upon us and features a star studded cast to help pave the way for Game to take over the industry. Kanye West, Just Blaze, Dr Dre, 50 Cent, Nate Dogg, Timbaland, Mary J Blige, Hi Tek, Busta Rhymes, Cool & Dre, Needlz, Marsha of Floetry and others join Game on his journey to reclaim the west coast. Game’s abrasive style is showcased throughout, from his rap narrative about his rise to the top titled “Dreams” where he states “everything is possible if 50 f**ked Vivica (Fox)” to “The Documentary” where he addresses everything from his shots at Ja Rule to the possible miscommunication with Jay-Z, Game is prepped to make a splash.

The DVD The Documentary will bring you inside a day in the life of the Compton emcee with an exclusive look at Compton, California.. In addition to bringing you up close and personal with The Game and the streets of Compton, the DVD includes behind the scenes footage of the making of the album and DVD.

Be on the lookout for The Documentary due to hit shelves January 18th.
