Word on the street is that Lil Jon hasn’t been too chummy with fellow Grammy nominated collaborator Usher as of late. It was rumored that Jon has been harboring animosity toward the R&B king because he hasn’t been getting enough credit for the success of their huge single “Yeah!”

Reports surfaced in the New York Post that “Lil Jon seriously hates Usher. He feels like he was responsible for the success of “Yeah!” He produced the song and sang on it. He likes to mock Usher by saying his name in a little high voice and calls him ‘Baby Usher.'” But according to a statement released by his publicist on Monday, Lil Jon says that there apparently is no beef.

Usher and I are good friends,” Jon said. “It’s just haters trying to stir some negative bullsh– up because we’ve had such a big year. We’ve made history together … #1 records, nonstop radio play and a bunch of awards. We’re looking forward to more hit records.”

The two have since collaborated with Ludacris once again for Jon‘s “Lovers And Friends,” which is flying up the charts and also has been building steam towards a collaborative album from the trio in the near future.
