Iggy Azalea’s “Fancy” #1 For Second Consecutive Week

For the second consecutive week, Iggy Azalea’s “Fancy” single holds the #1 spot on the R&B/Hip-Hop chart. 

The rapper’s single has been on the charts for 10 weeks and jumped to the #1 spot from the #4 slot two weeks ago. It sold 216,092 copies this week, a two percent decrease from last week’s 221,540 units sold.

“Fancy,” which also features Charli XCX, has sold 812,322 units.

Last week, “Fancy” dropped Pharrell Williams’ “Happy” to #2, the first time a song other than “Happy” had been the #1 single on the chart in more than a month.

DJ Khaled’s “They Don’t Love You No More” Sales Spike 294%

DJ Khaled’s “They Don’t Love You No More” single enjoyed a 294 percent sales increase this week. This week, it sold 25,760 units and is the #14 on the charts. Last week, it moved 6,534 units, making it the #61 single.

Last month, DJ Khaled was given a cease and desist letter over the “They Don’t Love You No More” cover art.

Kolley, a rapper, reportedly releasedRNS, also known as Real Nigga Shit, a mixtape, several weeks before DJ Khaled released his single. The cover for the project features Kolley biting a gold chain with gold teeth. DJ Khaled’s “They Don’t Love You No More” cover art features Khaled biting a gold chain with gold teeth, also. 

Kolley’s representatives, Bigg Bank Entertainment, have reportedly issued the cease and desist letter to DJ Khaled. Further legal action might be taken by the company. 

DJ Khaled announced the song last month, discussing what he feels is his status in music.

50 Cent’s “Irregular Heartbeat” enters the charts at #57 this week.

The song, which features Jadakiss and Kidd Kidd, sold 6,647 units and is slated to appear on 50 Cent’s forthcoming Animal Ambition album, which is slated for a June 3 release.
