Noted rapper/producer Dr. Dre was one of the first to provide an offer on Tom Brady’s multi-million dollar mansion in Los Angeles in March, and according to TMZ, Brady and his wife Gisele Bündchen have accepted that offer.

Dr. Dre and his wife placed their offer for the home, which Brady and Bündchen had built for $50 million, at $40 million.

Additionally, the couple reportedly offered to provide the home fully-furnished, but Dr. Dre chose not to accept that option.

The 18,700 square foot mansion features five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a six-car garage, a gym, pool, and wine cellar.

Dr. Dre, a constant addition on Forbes’ various “wealthiest” lists, recently expressed interest in purchasing the Los Angeles Clippers following the controversy surrounding the teams’ owner Donald Sterling.

“Absolutely. Thinking about it,” he said when asked about buying the Clippers, during an interview with TMZ.

Last year, Dr. Dre was featured on Forbes’ “Cash Kings 2013” and “The World’s Highest-Paid Musicians 2013” lists along with Puff Daddy, Jay Z, and a handful of other artists.
