Rich Homie Quan reportedly suffered from heat exhaustion, fainted and experienced two seizures and injuries during the filming of a music video, according to TMZ.
The rapper is reportedly in a hospital and in “good condition,” the publication reports.
Quan was filming a music video with Problem in Atlanta, Georgia at the time of the incident. During the shoot, he reportedly suffered back-to-back seizures. When Quan fell due to the seizures, TMZ reports that the rapper “smashed his head badly.”
Quan was recently featured in XXL’s 2014 Freshman class. Other acts featured on the cover are Chance The Rapper, Rich Homie Quan, Isaiah Rashad, Ty Dolla $ign, Lil Durk, Kevin Gates, Troy Ave, Vic Mensa, Lil Bibby, Jon Connor, Jarren Benton and August Alsina.
