Apparently R. Kelly injuries backstage at the “Best of Both Worlds” concert in Madison Square Garden have already sparked one arrest. Tryan Smith turned himself into to police for allegedly being involved in pepper spraying R. Kelly backstage. Smith is said to be a member of Jay-Z’s camp but it is not clear what he does. He was charged with misdemeanor assault.
