Gangsta Boo and La Chat are slated to release their Witch album May 27.
The project features Fefe Dobson on the album-opening “Witch Brew” and the single “Bitchy,” which was produced by DJ Paul and features fellow female rapper Mia X.
“I love ‘Bitchy’ with Mia X because it’s a classic remake, produced by the greatest producer of all time to me, DJ Paul,” Gangsta Boo says. “I love ‘Witch Brew’ because Will Power tuned into my dark, gloomy, wicked side that everyone has, topped off by my gothic sis Fefe Dobson on the hook. It’s a great intro for the album.”
La Chat, who appeared on Project Pat’s hit 2001 single “Chickenhead,” says that Witch remains true to the pair’s signature material.

“We are still out here going hard,” she says. “We finally giving the fans what they want, and this just the beginning. It was fun working on this project. We were blessed to get top producers and features, and strong staff and support. And of course me and Boo did us.”
