The battle between Jennifer Lopez and Puff Daddy over the acquisition of cable music channel Fuse TV has reportedly come to an end.

Billboard.com reports that NuvoTV, a cable channel Lopez serves as minority owner and chief creative offer of, has entered into an agreement with the owners of Fuse TV.

Details on the deal remain scarce, but Lopez’ manager Benny Medina shed some light on the deal during an interview with Billboard.

According to Medina, who shared his commentary prior to today’s announcement, there are no immediate plans to change the identity of either NuvoTV or Fuse TV.

“We do look at these channels as two different companies with two different identities, audiences and goals,” he said. “And these shall remain intact.”

He later suggested that the involvement of both Lopez and Puff Daddy, who were previously in a relationship with one another, in the acquisition may not be a coincidence.

“I don’t think it’s a coincidence…In many ways, Jennifer and Sean are cut from the same cloth,” Medina said. “They’re both passionate artists of the same generation who think on a grand and global scale. They were two superstars seeking to build their brand, who happened to be Jennifer and Puffy.”

NuvoTV’s reported deal with Fuse TV comes months after Puff launched the cable television network, Revolt. Launched in October 2013, the network features both music videos and exclusive content.

During an interview with New York City-based radio station Power 105.1 last year, Puff Daddy spoke on raising the bar for artists with Revolt.

“We’re gonna raise the bar from a performance level and a video level to make sure we have a bar of excellence you have to achieve to get played on Revolt,” he said.
