There’s no rest for The Diplomats. Even though it’s the weekend, Camron, Juelz Santana & co. are busy working, filming the video for their first single, “S.A.N.T.A.N.A.” from their upcoming release, Diplomatic Immunity 2 out November 23.
Filming on the lower east side of Manhattan inside of Capitale, a huge vacant bank building, Cam, Juelz and friends enjoyed a fine dining experience and live performance. Upstaging all the grown folks though was Juelz‘s lil’ nephew, J’Quaye. And running the whole shebang — this was the biggest video shoot yet for Koch Records — was director Tony Petrossian.
Wyclef took the stage at SOB’s in NYC on Monday night for a high-energy, all-star performance & release party for his latest CD, Welcome To Haiti: Creole 101.Lauryn Hill came out to rock the crowd, and contrary to past beefs, Canibus grabbed the mic, fresh from being discharged from the military (or so he said in his freestyle). Clef definitely knows how to throw a party.
