Mobb Deep, KRS-One, Everlast, Alchemist, WC, Mack 10, B-Real of Cypress Hill, Defari and Dilated Peoples got together recently to record the song called “The S.T.O.P. Movement 2 – Dear Mr. President.” The seven minute song features the talents mentioned above utilizing the song as a platform to express their opinions on politics during this ever important election year. The song is produced by left coast producer Fred Wreck.

The song is the second release from the S.T.O.P. Movement. The acronym stands for Stop The Oppressive Politics and is the second of such releases since May of 2003. The first release from Fred Wreck was “Down with US” which criticized the war in Iraq. The song uses various news clips documenting the casualties of the war in Iraq as the emcees liken Bush to Saddam Hussein.
