      1. Best lyricists in no particular order:
        Pharoahe
        Eminem
        Andre 3k
        Tech N9ne

No one can touch these guys as far as the craftsmanship that they put into the art of writing and delivering lyrics, from flow to syllable placement, multisyllabic rhymes schemes and changing flows so many times while still riding the beat…

In each of their primes, no one is better and each continue to grow and progress in their own way, but Pharoahe is prob the most consistent, followed by Tech. Canibus is prob top 10, but he can’t fuck with them..

      2. No shit… That is the only complaint I ever hear about Tech and yet he has millions of fans who know exactly what he’s saying because we take the time to listen and know the man behind the music. Go listen to the song K.O.D. and tell me he doesn’t have the whole package…

    1. i scratched my ass hole through my shorts only to find my underewear scorched with shit when I was done. underwear 1, me 0

    2. PTSD is not just caused by military combat.

It happens in life all the time caused by severe emotional trauma.

Most soldiers AND civilians with PTSD symptoms never seek treatment.

Similar to EMDR, an anonymous online computer therapy program for PTSD at PTSDSTRESS.COM reduces the symptoms of PTSD. Developed in part by a National Institute of Health PTSD researcher, the user follows an easy-to-use program on their home computer. There is no registration required.

The cost is $10 per session and accepts credit cards but does not require a cardholder name for further anonymity and confidentiality. Military and non-military men and women users including victims of trauma like sexual assault report results on PTSDSTRESS.COM home page.

    3. Def a cop even though I’m mad broke. Another classic on the way and a legit one not these mainstream hyped up ones.

    4. Didn’t know Pharoahe did production too, dude is crazy talented on the mic as it is. Especially looking forward to the Black Thought collab but this whole album should be ill.

      1. Yeah, Pharoahe’s a producer as well. He made the beat for “Simon Says” and also produced under Organized Konfusion back in the day.

      2. Thanks for the info, I should know this considering I think of myself as a pretty big Pharoahe fan.

    5. the only thing that can hurt pharoahe Monch is production. i dont know why he doesn’t drop albums with crazy producers anymore like “internal affairs”. That album was crazy. I guess He still works with Lee stone, and now he’s using marco polo but marco polo is hit or miss. he uses the same drums and is like a second rate dj premier. Lyrically this will be tight like always but hopefully the beats are just as good.

      1. I agree he needs dj premier and pete rock slashed with some old 9thwonder and that would give u a classic his other albums have some hit or miss beats on those especially Desire

      2. Why does every emcee have to have an album full of top 5 producers? Granted Pharoahe is a top 10 rapper all day, but he has a very specific style that is hard to create a backdrop too because he is so off the wall talented. He has a hard ear to please. Don’t judge the production value based on names, just trust Pharoahe knows what he sounds good over, especially considering how much of a perfectionist he is. He average like 5 years between albums for fucks sake, he’s not gonna give us anything less than astounding. Check his track record…

      3. all his albums have classic production already, why does he need has-beens who reached their peak in the 90s and have been going downhill ever since?

    6. not too many features jus how I like it (although I like when Mos Def/Kweli/Common/Ye/Monch/Black Thought type of guys work together). Lookin forward to Rapid Eye Movement the most

    7. ima buy this album most ya niggas don’t know what that is either u cheap u broke or yo mommy wont give u money,Real mc real hip hop

    8. No Idea who this nigga is,But that artwork is devestating…And since yall like him so much,I might have to check his shit out.

      1. Are you fucking kidding me? What are you 12 years old? Get the fuck off of a hip hop site if you don’t know of one of the most talented emcees to ever grace a mic! You dumb, go read some fuckin history… Never heard of Organized Konfusion? Simon Says? When the Gun Draws and the rest of the Stray Bullet series? Man i hate people like you, you contribute to the reason modern hip hop sounds like it does…

      2. @ Taz Why are you hating on the dude just cuz he doesn’t know who Pharoahe is? It’s not like he ever had mainstream recognition. I guess everyone should know who Prince Po is too, right? SMH.

    9. Start working from home! 10. im a hige hip hop fan and ive never been a pharoahe monch fan until i heard the song “evolve” . that song blew me away. in one line he says “the anomoly, yur momma nominated me phenominal, dominated without a 6 pack abdomial, you can get 19 put through that like Amadu, so what Imma do is….” for me, this guy went from an underground cat i wasnt feelin to being in my top 5…..if you dont p monch either A. you havent taken the time B. you dont understand lyricism or C. your dumb as shit….this guy is literally almost too good, preordered this shit the momennt i heard about it coming out….finally, real music!

    11. 22 veterans commit suicide every day. 46 attempt suicide.

A review of Pentagon and VA PTSD treatments released March 21, 2014 found fewer than half of all service members and veterans who screen positive for the disorder’s symptoms 40 percent have received referrals for care, and of those, just 65 percent go to get help.

    12. Great album, had no idea he was using his own production on a number of songs.
      Monch one of the GOATS!

    13. 1 – Black Though
      2 – Pharoahe Monch
      3 – Jadakiss
      4 – Canibus
      5 – Killa Priest
      6 – Rakim
      7 – Kool Moe Dee
      8 – Big Daddy Kane
      9 – MF Doom

    14. Not my favorite pharoahe monch album, but monch at his worst is still better than most these rappers at their best…still gonna cop this shit tomorrow out of respect
