Kanye West insulted Zappos’ products during a recent interview. In the conversation, West also discussed his disagreement with the head of Zappos.
“I got into this giant argument with the head of Zappos that he’s trying to tell me what I need to focus on,” West said in an interview with Brett Easton Ellis. “Meanwhile, he sells all this shit product to everybody, his whole thing is based off of selling shit product.”
Following this, Zappos released “Zappos.com Gear Sh-t Product.”
In the product’s description, Zappos makes several references to Kanye West.

“Interested in buying shit product?” Zappos writes. “You’ve come to the right place! Here at Zappos.com, we happily sell sh-t products to everybody! This is the throne, everyone has been watching. Whether you’re #1 or #2, your clique will show no mercy, even in Paris.”
In September, West spoke about his passion for fashion and other endeavors outside of music during an interview with BBC Radio 1.
“I shouldn’t be limited to only one place of creativity,” he said. “And it’s literally only like one or two or three reasons why I haven’t been able to break that down. This is the thing, you guys don’t understand. You guys don’t understand that I did the Yeezys and they eBayed for $90,000. And people wanted them bad as whatever, right? But I didn’t get a call from Nike the next day. You guys don’t understand that I’ve met with companies and they say, ‘What we’re trying to figure out is how we can control you and control that.’ If you’re an architect, if you’re a world builder, if you have all these ideas and you’re gaudy and you want to build buildings, if you don’t ever get that out what ‘s gonna happen? Isn’t that why you do it?”
The “Sh-t Product” plunger from Zappos costs $100,000. A promotional video for the plunger can be viewed below.
