A New York federal judge has denied DMX’s recent bankruptcy filing.

According to The Journal News, The 42-year-old Yonkers, New York native had his bankruptcy claim shot down Friday due to noncompliance. X is slated to lose numerous possessions, including his share of a Mount Kisco home as the ruling makes his property attainable by creditors.

X’s publicist, Domenick Nati says his client’s most recent run in with financial troubles will not hinder his upcoming musical performances.
