Flying Lotus tweeted yesterday (October 14) that he is working with Kendrick Lamar on the Compton, California rapper’s stage show for Kanye West’s forthcoming Yeezus Tour.

Kendrick Lamar is set to perform on several dates of Kanye West’s tour.

A different “special guest” is scheduled to appear when Lamar is not slated to hit the stage.

As of the announcement, which was made in September, Lamar was not set to perform at the tour’s stops in Las Vegas, Nevada; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Brooklyn, New York; New York, New York; and Tampa, Florida.

Flying Lotus‘ tweet is below.

In 2010, Flying Lotus talked about potentially working with Kanye West.

A year later, Flying Lotus dissed Big Sean’s Finally Famous album, which was released through Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music.

In 2012, Flying Lotus released his Until The Quiet Comes album.
