Trina was hospitalized today (September 23) after collapsing in a Florida airport, according to TMZ.
The rapper reportedly passed out due to “dehydration and overexertion,” as per TMZ.
Part of the overexertion has been attributed to traveling all day. Trina’s collapse reportedly took place minutes after she deplaned.

Trina was checked in to a nearby hospital and is now recovering.
Trina posted a message on Instagram about the incident, saying that she was anxious to leave the hospital.

Trina isn’t the only performer to suffer from dehydration or exhaustion this year. In March, Birdman attributed Lil Wayne’s seizures to exhaustion. In May, Beyonce cancelled a tour due to“dehydration and exhaustion.”
