The nominees for the Billboard-American Urban Radio Networks (AURN) R&B/Hip-Hop Awards were announced today with hip-hop’s elite making the cut. This year R. Kelly leads the way with eight different nominations while Jay-Z comes in with a strong seven nods and Beyonce, Outkast and Alicia Keys with five a piece. Held at Barton G on Friday August 6th in Miami Beach, the awards show will wrap up the end of the Billboard American Urban Radio Networks R&B/Hip-Hop Conference that begins on August 4th.
