In the same 48 hours his onetime protege, RiFF RaFF was arrested in North Carolina for drug possession, Atlanta, Georgia native rapper Soulja Boy had his own run-in with authorities. According to TMZ.com, while on an undisclosed American Airlines Flight yesterday (August 12), Soulja Boy refused to cooperate with flight staff. Yesterday, Soulja had tweeted that he was in Brazil.
After the onetime Collipark/Interscope Records star refused to take his seat when asked, American Airlines crew called authorities, who removed the SODMG CEO from the flight. Another passenger submitted video of the incident:

Previously, Long Island, New York emcee R.A. The Rugged Man was removed from a flight last year, after wearing a t-shirt for his early 1990s single, “Every Record Label Sucks Dick.”
Following the incident, Soulja Boy tweeted to American’s competitor, Virgin Airlines, that they were “the best.”
