Two separate mothers of Nate Dogg’s children are fighting each other in court over child support payments from Nate’s estate.
According to TMZ, Rhoda Mouton asked a Los Angeles Superior Court judge to deny Omena Norris’ request for an increase in child support payments for the child she had with the West Coast hook singer back in 2006.
All coming from legal court documents that were filed last week, Mouton (who had a son with Nate) claims Norris lied in her filing when she claimed that her son received no Social Security payments from Nate Dogg’s estate. Mouton claims that Norris and her son receive $694 per month.
According to Mouton, Norris lied about the amount and since she cannot adequately state why she needs her support bumped up from $1,624 to $1,846 a month, the judge should just throw out her case until Norris can file a correct request. Mouton even says she believes the judge should lower Norris’ support down to $802 per month.
