Lil’ Kim is in hot water with her former business manager after he slapped her with a lawsuit claiming the rapper’s money-grubbing, diva-like behavior cost him millions in endorsement deals.

According to TMZ, Andrew Ro says his company, International Rock Star Corp, signed a licensing deal with the Brooklyn rapper back in August 2012. Their plan was to showcase numerous products, including a perfume line, clothing line, energy drink, vodka drink, a Steve Madden shoe line and a honey maker.

Ro claims Kim often refused to attend project meetings unless she were to be paid extra for her time, which made it hard for the deals to progress. He also claims that even when a project was executed, Lil’ Kim would refuse to promote the product and stopped taking company phone calls.

When contact was severed, Ro says that Kim filed a cease and desist letter regarding future projects and even filed a lawsuit claiming International Rock Star Corp tricked her into signing a bad licensing deal.

Now Ro is firing back with his own lawsuit. Kim has been hit with a $15 million suit blaming her for antics that cost the company millions. No judgement has been made yet in the case.
