Since 2011, Wiz Khalifa has released at least a major label album per year, in addition to his collaborative Mac + Devin Go To High Schoolrelease with Snoop Dogg. The Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania emcee and 2008 DXnext alum revealed to Big Boy’s Neighborhood that it’s a streak he’s looking to continue.

“I’m working on another album,” revealed the Taylor Gang general and Rostrum Records flagship artist. “I’m planning on dropping it this year, I wasn’t going to, but I just got like so much motivation. I been having so much fun, and having my son. I feel like it’d be a great time to put out a really dope, relevant project.”

No titles or guests were mentioned. Previously, Wiz released a series of independent releases, including 2006’s Rostrum-released Show N’ Prove, and 2009’s Deal Or No Deal, which was distributed by iHipHop.
