Rappers are fans of music and fans of their own music as well. Most people have that favorite song and also, that least favorite track. For ScHoolboy Q, “Hands On The Wheel” takes his most hated superlative.
In a recent interview with Invasion Radio, Q explained that the most fan-beloved single off his 2012 album Habits & Contradictions is his least beloved, citing that he ended every one of his shows last year with it.
“I did about 200 shows last year in 365 days and in every show I had to perform that last and I hate performing that last,” he said. “Then when I come to New York, I used to hear it on the radio all the time… Every rapper has a song that they hate I don’t care what you say.”
ScHoolboy Q also explained why he hasn’t dropped a mixtape between his last album release and this year’s major label debut, Oxymoron.
