Atlanta rapper Future had quite a few pleasant words for singer and girlfriend Ciara’s upcoming One Woman Army album, referring to the album as both a “classic” and “one of the greatest albums” from the singer during an interview with TheFader.com.

Before doting on the album, Future talked to The Fader about collaborating with Ciara, an artist he feels is at a “superstar” level.

“Yeah, for sure. It’s great because I just take the role of just playing beside her and just letting her run it the way she run it,” Future explained. “Because she know what she want. You know what I’m saying? So it’s easy working with a superstar who’s done it over and over and over several times, making hits. So outside our relationship, when we in the studio we just go freelance and just let her do whatever she do. As an artist I’m there to critique what she got going on…That’s why One Woman Army gonna be one of the greatest albums she’s released. Cause she took her time with it. She overcame a lot…I’m already calling it a classic before it even come out.”

The Pluto rapper also spoke on loyalty, a theme heavily present in his music, stating that it’s a quality many boast upon, but few have.

“It’s just coming up in the streets when you see disloyal, when you see people unloyal time after time, you try and find ways to be loyal,” said Future. “Everybody wanna be loyal and they put they own definition to it these days, but at the end of the day it’s one definition. Loyalty equals royalty. You go against that then you go against the whole word.”

On top of his work with Ciara, Future is also preparing for the release of his own solo album titled Future Hendrix.
