Hip-hop heads that enjoy watching MTV’s “Making the Band” can breathe easy knowing that a third season has officially picked up by the network. This season Da Band (Dylan, Young City, Ness, Babs, Sara and Fred) will be moving their residence into P. Diddy’s luxury apartment on the upper east side of New York City.
“Viewers have been enjoyed watching the behind the scenes machination of P. Diddy doing what he does best, as well as seeing the band struggle to become a cohesive unit”, MTV’s Carol Eng, Senior VP of Original Programming said. “We anticipate another compelling season as we find out what P. Diddy has in-store for the group living and working under his wing”. One problem Da Band may have to overcome is Dylan getting possible jail time. According to Allhiphop, Dylan missed several meetings with his probation officer and has a January 12th hearing scheduled to determine what his future status would be.
