    1. Man i can’t wait for this

Take notes wack rappers who have a million features on mixtapes when you have talent this is all you need

      1. on a track from Slaughterhouse’s mixtape On the House, Joe Budden said to Royce that he inspires him. and that he “picked him, for the record”. didn’t know what that meant at the time, but this might be it

      1. LUPE FIASCO(version 4)…BEST MID-WICKED ALBUM 2012!….(where EMINEM is from)…”EMINEM” *the way WHITNEY said it at the 2000 MTV AWARDS!…*smile….TDC-C….

    2. CANT WAIT…JOE BUDDEN IS THE DOPEST….AND SLAUGHTERHOUSE ARE THE 4 PILLARS OF RAP, HATE OR LOVE…..FUCK WHAT YOU’ALL SAY

      1. ^ You obviously haven’t heard about GrewSum.

This tape is now playing. Seems like a classic to me.
It’s about damn time to hear Budden over some decent production!

    3. Fuck this guy, hes always whining and bitching about something and idk if his music changed at all but that Mood Musik shit he was puttin out was some of the gayest emo rap ive ever heard. And this fuckin dude hopped on his webcam wit an ice pack over his eye and blogged about how he just got his ass beat by Raekwon and his boys. Hes a straight bitch. Dude wouldn’t of been around in the Golden Era but then again its not like hes relevant now.

      1. A lotta golden era rappers got beat up tho….just internet wasnt around so u didnt know about it. G rap got snuffed, keith murray beat up prodigy, ice cube got knocked out and robbed, q tip got snuffed…it happens plus budden never claimed to be no gangster

      2. You just wrote a whole essay about him, you said you listened to his mixtapes, and watched his webcam…. but he’s not relevant? Weird…

      3. Three sentences is an essay? word? You must be real intelligent, and I got you, I guess hes relevant for gettin his ass beat by Raekwon? Thats kind of what your gettin at by sayin I seen the video of him but called him irrelevant.

      4. 1: Budden got his “ass beat” is totally irrelevant to the music he puts out. 2: If you haven’t gotten your ass beat 9 times outta 10 you aint been through shit…. punk

    4. This is music people can feel and relate to everyday life but kids today would rather listen to fairy tales and lies lol

      1. MEANWHILE LIL B STILL WAITING FOR JAY ELECTRONICA AND TRYING TO PLAY BASKETBALL

LIL B TRIED A GAY ALBUM TITLE AND FRANK OCEAN CAME OUT AND SOLD UNITS

        WHO’S CAREER REALLY ENDED?

    5. Joe Buddens was right, this is the mixtape of the year. Does anybody know if they will be selling any of those specially made quarters with Joe Buddens face on it? Will it cost as much as a regular quarter and will it be useable or will cashiers not allow it? I can’t find any of them on ebay. I’m not sure if Joe Buddens has a website that will sell them because I’m not too good with computers. If anybody knows where I can get some, please email me at eyecontrol@yahoo and I will appreciate it. I’m excited for Joe Buddens’s debut next year.

    6. Maybe it’s just me, but does anybody else find Araab Muzik’s production overrated? The man is sick with the MPC but just doesn’t seem to get it right production wise. Between his work on this mixtape and on Styles P new joint, I’m becoming less and less impressed.

    7. i like joey as part of slaughterhouse but for some reason i rarely enjoy his solo tracks. Obviously theres a few good ones, but i didnt particularly like any track on this mixtape.

    8. PROPS TO BUDDENS AN ALL BUT THIS NIGA JUST NOT A CAPTIVATING RAPPER TO ME…I GET A.D.D. EVERYTIME I LISTEN TO DUDE…NIGA JUST GETS BORING AFTER 2 BARS WITH THAT CORNY STYLE AND VOICE…BEATS HOT AND I TRY TO GIVE A NIGA A CHANCE BUT I CANT TAKE THIS NIGA RHYMES SERIOUS ENOUGH TO EVEN BUMP THIS SHIT IN THE WHIP….SORRY JOEY STANS BUT ILL STICK TO THE RAW RAP NIGAZ WITH THAT BURNT BISCUIT RAP…YALL CAN HAVE THIS SHIT!!!HAHA…BUT 4 REAL SHOUTOUT TO JOE BUDDEN THO!!

      NEWARK SHIT!!

    9. i wont sit here and say joey the best because there is way too much to determine. in mine, and many opinions he is the best for us. real shit. we all go through the shit he speaks of. helps to know someone has enough balls to speak of it. fuck the non understanding folk

    10. When I think of Joe Budden I think of two words “MOOD MUSIK.” I don’t even think he really raps or spits flows on any of his tracks. He converses on all of his records; furthermore, most of his words are soulful, revealing, and mellow dramatic with a touch of raspy delivery in pit of his throat. He is an open book and it is obvious that his music is therapeutic. That being said, I can relate to his records because forces you to read his mind and, as a result, you begin to dissect your own psyche.

    11. This is not a mix tape! I am listening from top to bottom and I keep going back. Great production! Lovely open spacious beats. Melodic. But that shit still bangs. It sounds like an album. The tracks are methodically arranged so as to tell a story. I do not get the sense of being “mixed” up at. Adversely, I turned it up, I cried, I laughed, I cried again, and now I want to go back and listen again. It flows from song to song, which is a breathe of fresh air, since most mix tapes in the game hold up to their name. Loose Quarter is a sonic screen play with character and action; Joe Budden is the protagonist in conflict with the beat (the beat of the drum and the beat of his heart). FACK!
