Ice Cube & Kevin Hart To Co-Star In Action Comedy “Ride Along”

    Ice Cube is set to star opposite of Kevin Hart in the upcoming action comedy Ride Along, hitting theaters on January 17, 2014.

    According to THR, the West Coast rapper will headline the film, which is described as a “comedic Training Day.” The story focuses on “a risk-averse second-grade teacher [who] plans on marrying the girl of his dreams but first must accompany his overprotective future brother-in-law, a tough cop, on a ride-along from hell.”

    Additional stars in the movie include John Leguizamo, Tika Sumpter, Bryan Callen and Jay Pharoah. Tim Story is slated to direct the project.
