Fans of Kanye West might be familiar that his history with Mase extends beyond their latest collaboration for G.O.O.D. Music’s Cruel Summer. Back in 1998, ‘Ye got a coveted production credit on Harlem World’s “You Made Me” featuring Carl Thomas and Nas.
Now, Channel Zero and Creative Control have released a previously unreleased clip from Jermaine Dupri’s 1998 birthday party in Atlanta, Georgia.
After fielding questions about rumors surrounding a relationship with Brandy, Mase passes the mic to a young West who sends a shout out to his associates in Chicago, Illinois and shouting out his Harlem World cut.
