The Top Singles list this week carries no surprises. The reason being, so many tracks dropped this week (and the end of last week) from top Hip Hop artists that there was no way they wouldn’t land on our charts. While album leaks were obvious, there are more tracks and posse cuts to keep the listeners excited. In addition, some tracks had the staying power to stick around. Check out the selection this week.

Kendrick Lamar is a Good Kid, A$AP Rocky Has a Problem

On October 22nd, Kendrick Lamar will deliver his highly anticipated Good Kid, m.A.A.d City. The leaks started with his Dr. Dre assisted “Compton” from a while back that checks in this week at #9. A “Backseat” freestyle also snuck in at #3. However, the biggest news came in the form of the track “Poetic Justice” with Drake. That shot to the top at #1. Drake and Kendrick Lamar also showed up on the #4 track, A$AP Rocky’s “Fuckin’ Problem” with 2 Chainz too.

Kanye West Has a White Dress, T.I. Balls

Kanye West’s “White Dress” was the top track last week. Yeezy made it to #5 this week. Wu-Tang was all over the place last week, but only made it to #6 this week with the Kool G Rap assisted “Rivers Of Blood.” As we’re getting the rumblings of T.I.’s Trouble Man, he drops “Ball” with Lil Wayne and that came in at #7. At #8? Wiz Khalifa’s “Runaways.” Then Vinnie Paz makes a surprising entry, closing out the list at #10 with the DJ Premier produced “The Oracle.”
