It looks like 50 Cent and Fat Joe may put aside their issues temporarily at the upcoming 2012 BET Hip Hop Awards. A recent report from Complex indicates that the long-time foes may possibly share the stage at the award show for a tribute to the late Chris Lighty.

Although details about the tribute have yet to be officially confirmed, sources report that Fif and Joey Crack may be sharing the stage to pay tribute to the legendary manager at the award show this October 9. Still, when asked about the validity of these rumors, BET’s Vice President of Communications Tracy McGraw refused to comment.

“That’s a good question. I think we’ll just go with ‘Could not confirm,'” McGraw said.
