Chris Brown and Drake’s infamous nightclub bottle-throwing scuffle stands to cost the two artists more than either of them could have imagined.
The Associated Press reports that Roman Julien, a model, was injured during the bottle-tossing battle between Brown and Drake.
Julien has named both artists and the owners of the New York City nightclub where the fight took place on Monday (August 20). The lawsuit claims that Julien, who was sitting at a nearby table when the beverage-based melee commenced, suffered a severed tendon in his right hand. Julien also alleges lacerations from broken glass, cosmetic deformity and mental distress as a result of the fight.
The suit provides that Brown of has a “hot temper” and starting the fight with Drake, a claim supported by Chris Brown’s history of storming off from the set of “Good Morning America” after being questioned about his 2009 assault of Rihanna.
