Veteran Flo Rida re-claimed the top Hip Hop spot, as the Pop rapper’s latest gold single stood at #3 overall, bumping Maroon 5 from their several weeks of dominance. Birdman, DJ Khaled and will.i.am also brought new singles to the digital marketplace.
Flo Rida Back At The Top
Flo Rida’s “Whistle” became a gold-certified single this week. The Pop/Rap veteran from the state of the same name released Wild Ones two weeks ago. The DJ Frank E produced track is the third official single from the Atlantic Records/Po’ Boy Entertainment release.
DJ Khaled, Kanye West & Rick Ross Got Their “Wish”
The second single from DJ Khaled’s sixth album, Kiss The Ring, “I Wish You Would” features Kanye West and Rick Ross. Both artists have been working with Khaled dating back to his independent debut, 2006’s Listennn…The Album. The latest single is produced by Atlanta, Georgia’s Hit-Boy.
