New York producer Ray West has announced a July release called Luv NY. The project features sessions and collaborations with veteran five borough emcees such as Kool Keith, Roc Marciano, Kurious, D.I.T.C.’s O.C. and A.G., and others. The Ascetic Music release follows 2010’s Everything’s Berri Fat Beats release with A.G. Previously, Dave Dar and Kurious worked together as The Bamboo Bros.
The emcees involved have had a busy year. O.C. just released Trophies with Apollo Brown last month, as Kool Keith’s Love & Danger dropped earlier this month. Roc Marciano and Showbiz & A.G. are all prepping releases for later this year.
