Eric B. & Rakim’s Paid In Full is routinely found near the top of “Best-Of” Hip Hop album lists. Now, says Rakim, the classic album will be getting the anniversary edition treatment.
In an interview with AllHipHop.com, Rakim revealed the release. “We got the twenty-fifth anniversary of Paid in Full we about to release,” he explained. “It’s gonna be a couple new treats on that one.”
Rakim also revealed that he is working on new material, which he looks to drop by the end of the year. “I feel that I still got a lot to say, and I think I got some people that want to hear it.”
