The Mary J. Blige and Steve Stoute Foundation For the Advancement of Women Now appears to stand accused of shady dealings.

TMZ.com reports that the charity is being sued by TD Bank over a $250,000 loan it took out in June 2011. According to the bank, the foundation agreed to pay the money back by December 2011, but only managed to pay $368.33.

The bank further contends that it demanded payment in writing on February 7 and 29, but has not heard from the foundation.

The foundation apparently also didn’t file a federal tax return for 2010, and is being sued by musicians who claim they went unpaid after participating in a fundraising gala.

A rep for Blige said, “The Mary J. Blige and Steve Stoute Foundation For The Advancement Of Women Now, Inc. (FFAWN) is presently transitioning its management and headquarters.”
