This week was full of surprises. Meek Mill found a home at Roc Nation, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian were out and about yet again as a couple, Chris Brown and Rihanna cyber-broke up on Twitter, and Lil Boosie was found not guilty for murder. Did any of that affect the music? Probably, not all of it, but one out of that bunch definitely won in Singles this week. The common thread in the list is that most of them hit really hard. Check them out below.

2 Chainz Brings Drake, So Does Meek Mill

The #1 stunna this week is the artist formerly known as Tity Boi. Mr. 2 Chainz told the truth on “No Lie,” and had a helping hand with Drake. Drizzy popped up again at #8 on Meek Mill’s “Amen” with Jeremih. Is Meek Mill having the best week ever? Probably, because after announcing his management deal with Roc Nation and the release of his Dreamchasers 2 mixtape, a bunch of tracks flooded onto the streets, another at #2, “A1 Everything” with Kendrick Lamar.

Kendrick Lamar Gets Dethroned, Still Assists Ab-Soul

Speaking of Kendrick Lamar, here was the first week that “The Recipe” with Dr. Dre didn’t make it on the list. That’s fine though because as mentioned, KDot got in on #2. He also showed up at #3 to help his fellow Black Hippy Ab-Soul out on “Illuminate.”Nas is still sticking around though, closing out the list at #10 with “Daughters.” Last week’s #1 Chief Keef dropped to #7 with “I Don’t Like Rmx” featuring Kanye West, Pusha T, Jadakiss, and Big Sean. Let’s see what next week will bring.
