Louisiana rapper Curren$y was very close to missing his “Stoned Immaculate” tour stop in Dallas, Texas this week after he and another man were arrested by police for reportedly smoking marijuana.
According to AllHipHop.com, Curren$y quickly turned to his Twitter account to live Tweet about the encounter. 
“Locked the CEO up, and I’m da CEO fuck. Niggaz was jus chiefin and bumpin dat new fiend shit….Then some strangers came thru wit these bracelets that made my arms hurt,” said Curren$y in a series of Tweets yesterday (April 23).
Fortunately for both Curren$y and his Dallas fans, the rapper was later released and was able to perform at his show that night.
