Flo Rida entered into a plea deal for his June 2011 DUI arrest on Miami Beach.

Billboard reports that the deal, which is for first time offenders, will have the rapper enroll in the “Back on Track” program, which will have him perform community service and take DUI classes.

Upon successful completion, the DUI charge will be reduced to reckless driving.
