Pusha T Denies Dissing Drake, Reveals He Passed On Jay-Z & Kanye West “Paris” Beat

Earlier this week, Pusha T chopped it up with HipHopDX, breaking down several controversial subjects at hand. Explaining why his Fear of God II: Let Us Pray EP is landing in retail (November 8th), the G.O.O.D. Music signee addressed suspicions that he fired shots at Drake on his freestyle “Don’t Fuck With Me,” stating that he “never referenced” the Young Money rapper and that he’s “way too good for that.” He additionally denied ever knowing Ambassador Rick, who recently popped off at the Clipse member, and how he’s already contributed to four tracks on the G.O.O.D. Music compilation album. To top it off, Pusha Ton later revealed that he passed on the beat that eventually became Jay-Z and Kanye West’s “Niggas in Paris.”

Lil Wayne Downplays “Rebirth” & “I Am Not A Human Being” Sequels, Isn’t Satisfied With Nicki Minaj

Lil Wayne had a lot to say this week. Following news that he would be releasingRebirth 2 and I Am Not a Human Being 2, the Young Money honcho downplayed the records during an interview, stating that they’re “unimportant” compared with upcoming LPs from Drake, Nicki Minaj and Birdman. But he was quick to voice his feelings on the Harajuku Barbie, expressing that he’s “not satisfied with anything she’s done.” Meanwhile, he also said that he’s never heard Jay-Z and Kanye West’s Watch the Throne – and probably never will – while producer Kane Beatz shared was it was like to work with Weezy. On top of it all, 50 Cent hopped on the bandwagon and questioned the sales of his platinum Tha Carter IV.

Webbie Touches On BET Controversy, Friendship With Lil Boosie

Webbie doesn’t hold back. In an interview with HipHopDX, the man hand-picked by Pimp C said that he’s “never been into Rap,” despite the fact that he’s been in the game for a minute. He also spoke on his recent controversy of getting banned from BET’s “106 & Park,” touching on his friendship with Lil Boosie, how he wasn’t necessarily “acting” in his latest role and what listeners can expect on his upcoming Savage Life 3.

Wale Preps “Ambition,” Speaks On Rick Ross’ Health

With his new album Ambition dropping on November 1st, Wale offered the world a preview of his sophomore set, releasing a YouTube clip featuring snippets of every track on the album. For fans, he also gave away his new track “Slight Work,” featuring Big Sean and produced by Diplo. Additionally, the Maybach Music Group signee spoke on his boss Rick Ross’ health, stating that he’s on the mend but that he “just needs to get some rest.”
