Chester, Pennsylvania-based producer Jahlil Beats announced today, via Twitter, that he is the latest Hip Hop artist signed to Roc Nation. It is believed that the producer signed with the management branch of Jay-Z‘s New York-based imprint. Jahlil is perhaps best known for producing Meek Mill‘s hit single “Rose Red”, in addition to work with Chris Brown and Young Money.

At Roc Nation, Jahlil Beats joins deejays Mick Boogie and D-Nice, as well as J. Cole and others. Announcing the signing, Jahlil thanked Roc execs Jay, Ty Ty and Emory. Moments later, he thanked Meek and legendary Philadelphia music executive Charlie Mack.
