A second compilation from one of Hip Hop’s most legendary groups made a strong impression on the charts, as did a Watts, California emcee who’s been patiently waiting for close to five years. Notably absent is Black Rob, who released his third solo album, and first independent work last week.

Beyonce’s album4 is knocking on 600,000 units sold. DJ Khaled‘s major label debut, We The Best Forever continued to hold a high mark on the charts, at #13. The Miami, Florida-based radio personality, deejay and producer is working with Cash Money/Universal Motown Records on this project in lieu of longtime label E1 Entertainment (f/k/a Koch Records). Khaled’s latest features the usual suspects of Lil Wayne, Young Jeezy and Rick Ross, as well as Drake and B.o.B.
