WPRK 91.5 FM’s Jesse Maguire recently caught up with G.O.O.D. Music’s newest star Big Sean on the Orlando leg of Wiz Khalifa’s Roling Papers tour. During the interview, the “I Do It” rapper announced that he’ll embark on his own tour later this fall as a headlining act.

“This fall, I’m doing my own tour,” Sean explained. “The tour’s definitely going to be some fun shit, and it’s going to be me headlining.”

While fans will ehave to wait to see Sean host his own tour, the Detroit rapper is currently touring with Wiz Khalifa as the Pittsburgh rapper’s opening act. He discussed the stresses and joys of touring, saying that while touring is time consuming, having a career in Hip Hop makes it worthwhile.

“This tour [with Wiz Khalifa] is what’s really taking a lot of my time up,” he noted. “This shit is so tiring, I can’t even believe it. It’s like, waking up early as fuck, doing radio all day [with] meet-and-greets, then doing a show, then doing after parties, mixed with interviews, mixed with…writing raps. It’s tiring as hell, but…it’s all a process to me, so I’m excited and happy. Every time I’m about to complain, I’m like, ‘Shit, I’ve wanted this so bad.’ It’s better than being broke as fuck and living with my mom.”
