Sweet list… RIP GURU
I absolutely love Moment Of Truth, both song and album. Shame Guru had to pass away the way he did amidst all the controversy. I remember buying Jazzmatazz Vol. 2 just a few days before he passed away and I just kept on playing Something In The Past and Count Your Blessings from that album.
Step in the Arena > Hard to Earn > Daily Operation > Moment of Truth > The Ownerz > No More Mr Nice Guy
Who cares about that wack ass underground rapper? It’s 2011 now, nobody gives a rat’s ass about that old shit. New school hip-hop FTW
Kill yourself

*Unless on HipHopDX, where just about everyone has an IQ below 85.
“i dont know why ya ll respond to this dumbass loser whos just wants some attention”
Now you know how it feels when your favorite artists get trolled, huh?

Not only is it hip-hop, it is BETTER hip-hop than old-school hip-hop. Take that you elitist tool
@jason
So… Is your favorite ” rapper ” Wacka or Gucci? Maybe Wayne? What about Soulja Boy? Tyga? Drake?
Oh! Now I know; is it Nicki Minaj? LOL
“Niki Minaj” LOL
“Your livin in a Fantasy world Kid, Your killin me” – So Wassup?!
“Soliloquy of Chaos”. Woooooooooowwww!!!!!
I loved the “Gotta Get Over” (Remix) With the heavy bassline
I paid $32.67 for a XBOX 360 and my mom got a 17 inch Toshiba laptop for $94.83
being delivered to our house tomorrow by FedEX. I will never again pay expensive
retail prices at stores. I even sold a 46 inch HDTV to my boss for $650 and it
only cost me $52.78 to get. Here is the website we using to get all this stuff,
hitp e n n y.com
Great list. Anything with GURU is amazing though. He was one of just a few of rappers that I always enjoy to hear.
surprising……..suckaz need bodyguards, fala(fuck around lay around), take two and pass, say your prayers, check the technique…….guru was my favorite emcee of all time him , scarface , 2pac and Common..i hope premier makes another gangstarr cd
CODE OF THE STREEEEEEEEEETTTTTTTTTSSSSSSSS
Ah yea!!!! moment of truth is mos def my favorite track too! r.i.p guru
This nigga premo forgot my personal fav “What I’m Here 4” smh
guess premo didnt really like skillz after all
Looks like Premo wasn’t a fan of Jazzmatazz then…
why is it that you are gay?
damn, almost all of the moment of truth album made this cut..
that album is fuckin classic!
“you got no wins here, so better luck NEXT TIME!”
I don’t c y ppl are talkin so much trash on this?!? If Premo HIMSELF made the list, then its obviously THE list to go off of people. Damn!
NICE LIST CAN’T go wrong with some classic gang starr, but cmon premo, guru had more solo material that was worthy but i guess givin any of the stuff he did with solar props wouldnt work, i would hafta add the guru track off the bob marley cd chant down babylon, thats my shit!
Guru was never honored remotely as well as Nate Dogg was when he died. I understand why I just wish someone as unique and awesome as he was got a bit more acknowledgement. Guru’s voice and enlightened lyrics went perfect with his beats. Glad Moment of Truth was at the top, one of the greatest songs in any genre of music ever.

9 out of 10 people never heard of gang starr or guru til after he died, but everyone knows nate dogg, sad but true
RIP Guru!
I don’t see ‘Skills’ on his list; what a shame.
And be sure to check out Guru with Erykah Badu on the dope track “Plenty”!
Dope!
Almost all of those tracks are on this compilation I put together last year-> http://beatsandblood.blogspot.com/2010/04/rip-guru.html
How you gonna complain about HIS list? HIS list of music HE PRODUCED?
“AND PLEASE DO NOT START TELLING ME WHAT I MISSED! THESE ARE MY FAVORITES…FEEL FREE TO DO YOUR OWN.â€
Did you lames skip that part?
Fed Up (remix) feat. Guru & Cockni O’ Dire for House of Pain?????
‘Piece Of Mine’ is probably his best song ever, in my opinion.
I think it would have been cool if Preemo did a non Gang Starr list.
Dope list… one song I love, with features Guru is ‘I’ve Lost My Ignorance’ by the Dream Warriors.
