Reports indicated that Kanye West is readying the debut for his first clothing collection, a line for women.
According to Eurweb.com, Kanye is eyeing this fall’s New York Fashion Week for the debut.
The rapper/producer has designed for Louis Vuitton, interned at Fendi and launched a collection of scarves. Notably, ‘Ye critized a fashion line belonging to a fellow celebrity, Lindsay Lohan.
In related news, Kanye performed at the Brooklyn Hip Hop Festival as a surprise guest.

UPDATE: Contrary to prior reports, West will debut his first womenswear line during Paris Fashion week. His S/S 2012 collection will show at 9:30 p.m. on October 1st, directly after Jean Paul Gaultier and Loewe.
