Mixtape Release Dates: Lil Wayne, Meek Mill, Cam'ron & Vado

It seems these days like every major album release requires a mixtape prior to that album dropping. Game even announced a possible mixtape arrival prior to The R.E.D. Album’s August 23rd release. Continuing in that fashion is former mixtape King himself, Lil Wayne, who will be delivering Sorry 4 the Wait this week. Now being referred to as an “EP”, Sorry 4 the Wait includes the recently leaked “Tunechi’s Back” where Weezy immortalizes himself to the tune of Meek Mill and Rick Ross’ “Tupac Back”. This EP slash mixtape will serve as a precursor to the long-awaited Tha Carter IV still standing at an August 29th release.

Next week (July 20th), MMG young gun Meek Mill will drop Dream Chaser. No word yet on Mr. Philadelphia 2. In other mixtape limbo news, Consequence has yet to put an official stamp on the delivery date for Movies On Demand 3. The mixtape has seen a number of tentative release dates. However, no final date has been revealed. Two weeks ago, the Kanye West-produced and Kid CuDi-assisted “On My Own” dropped, reminding Cons fans of what they were still missing.
