Bone Thugs-n-Harmony member Bizzy Bone is under investigation following an incident that took place following a concert last week in Chicago, Illinois.

According to TMZ.com, Bizzy allegedly beat two fans who had paid $80 for a meet-and-greet with the group on their tour bus on Thursday night. After the men entered the bus, Bizzy allegedly lost his cool and the verbal spat quickly turned physical, with the rapper laying his fists on the men until another Bone Thugs member broke up the fight.

The following day, one of the victims filed a report against Bizzy. Police are yet to question him regarding the incident, but claim that they are “actively investigating the complaint.”

UPDATE: According to Red Eye Chicago, Joseph E. Zeidel, the fan allegedly beaten by Bizzy Bone, has filed suit against several of Bone Thugs-n-Harmony members months after the incident took place.

The suit, filed in Chicago’s Cook County Circuit Court, claims that Zeidel paid BTH’s tour manager $80 so he and his cousin could come on their tour bus following a concert at Congress Theater. After talking with the group for a half-hour, Bizzy Bone began “harassing” them, though it is unclear what prompted the altercation.

Bizzy, whose real name is Byron McCane, supposedly struck his cousin and knocked him to the ground as they were leaving the bus. He proceeded to punch Zeidel twice in the head and face, fracturing his nose and breaking his glasses. No arrests were made.
