Tame One

Back in 1994 there were very few people paying homage to hip-hop’s oft-forgotten element, grafitti. The Artifacts were not guilty of that, in fact, they paid homage on their underground classic “Wrong Side of Da Tracks.” The New Jersey duo of Tame One and El Da Sensei split after just two albums in 1997 to embark on solo careers.

In 2001 Tame One found himself joining Eastern Conference Records to form one of the most talented rosters in hip-hop. To the delight of his fans, the knotty-headed one will drop his debut, “When Rappers Attack” on March 25th. The album has just one guest in Cage and production from EC’s excellent production team.
