Soulja Boy is facing some legal trouble. The Atlanta, Georgia rapper has been sued for $1 million along with his label Interscope Records and MySpace Music over a canceled concert slated to take place in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania in December 2010.

According to AHH, TrinCity Entertainment and its owner Joseph Sheldon Brewster filed the suit against the defendants after all parties agreed on SB performing on December 10th. The company paid an advance of $16,250 as well as $3,500 for bus transportation to the gig and $8,000 in marketing for the show.

But after TrinCity promoted the performance, Interscope attempted to cancel the show because it conflicted with a show in Hawaii. The defendants promised to pay $10,000 to promote a rescheduled date, but TrinCity claims that MySpace paid their portion too late and there was no money to promote the new show.

Additionally, the suit claims that Soulja Boy kept the $16,250 deposit when it should have been returned. TrinCity is seeking $1,000,000 in damages for unjust enrichment and breach of contract.
