A recently-reunited Mobb Deep performed for the first time in three years, and the duo isn’t stopping there.
Prodigy and Havoc have revealed that they are recording their first album since 2006’s Blood Money.
In an interview with AllHiphop.com, Prodigy explained, “We working on it, me and Hav in the studio everyday going hard. We are not going to put nothing out there that is not crazy, because right now it is not a game, you know what I mean? We understand the importance of putting something that is going to stand the test of time right now.”
Havoc also gave an update on what he’s been up to in the meantime. “I did that thing for Eminem and he won the Grammy and all, so you know I got the Grammy on the mantle. Got a new one on the new project he [Eminem] is doing with Royce Da 5’9. I just did something for Ludacris. And you know I am going to be hitting 50 [Cent] off because he is coming out with a new joint.”
