A New Jersey man was shot at a 2009 party intended for Philadelphia, Pennsylvania emcee Beanie Sigel. According to AllHipHop.com, that man, Tyheem Baker, is now suing the former Roc-A-Fella Records star and the radio station also involved in the event, Power 99 FM.

Baker seeks $50,000 from Sigel, the historic station, and Club Solo, where the shooting happened two years ago this month. “joint and concurrent negligent, reckless, intentional, willful and wanton conduct of the defendants.
