Late in the summer as Kanye’s G.O.O.D. Fridays were in full swing, the Chicago emcee/producer announced that he and Jay-Z would release a 5 song EP together. A couple months later the project has blossomed into a full length album, one which the duo was trying to complete in December.

While Kanye said on New Years Eve that Watch The Throne would land in a week (which would be tomorrow), there is no release date set for the album. Fakeshoredrive reports that the first single may be here by tomorrow. “H.A.M.” is reportedly set for January 11, but may leak before the weeks end.

FSD reported yesterday that sources close to Kanye and Def Jam that the album from the former Roc-A-Fella members will drop March 1. In late September Kanye confirmed Pete Rock, Q-Tip and potentially Madlib production for the album.

UPDATE: Kanye confirmed via Twitter that his first single with Jay-Z will drop 1-11. He also provided the artwork for “H.A.M.” Any guesses as to what it stands for?
