Foxy Brown’s recent erratic behavior, including vitriolic Twitter rants and missed and canceled appearances, has gotten plenty of attention lately. That Twitter outburst cost her her manager, Bernadette Brennan, according to comments made to the New York Daily News. Brennan went on to say, “It’s always sad when an artist has everything they need at their fingertips but still displays such self-destructive behavior. I hope she gets the help she needs. I was one of the few people in her corner.”

But that concern for Brown’s welfare will not stop Brennan to taking legal action against the rapper in pursuit of over one hundred thousand dollars. The money is allegedly owed for studio time the star used but never paid for. Brennan plans to file the suit immediately.

Foxy’s legal troubles do not stop there. She is currently awaiting a court date in regards to an altercation between the emcee and another woman. (January 5)

UPDATE: A onetime Foxy Brown producer, Daddy Digg$, according to MTV, may also sue the former Def Jam Records emcee over studio time debts. Read the full story here.
